To annoy him. Hm to explain it in simple words, most ppl annoy their crushes so that they get attention. If he gives out number of his crush, knowing his crush will get annoyed with it and tell him to not do this but forgive him cuz "He is my childhood/best friend so it is all good" and this continues like a loop. Hyesung (Geon's friend) feels that Geon won't bait an eye to him if he doesn't does things like this. Twisted eh?
