I think it’s just his dream lmfao, and since he has no different name, it just fit Seong-ah as his real name into the dream, as well as his appearance. Plus Seung-ah is a feminine name (I’m assuming the translators just mistranslated it as Seong-ah). It just might be a snippet from his past life. Though, would be p cool if there was actually some sort of mystery going on with him being the actual Seong-ah.
