no it actually makes more sense, abused children usually mature faster or more like they're not allowed to just be a child or treated like a child by the abusive parent so their mentality developes more as a defense mechanism
Yeah I understand what you mean. But one of my life mottos is that kids are smarter than we think they are! They may not have the words to describe but can understand things pretty easily
its a good thing but its kinda crazy and a bit unrealistic how the ML knows his mom his trying to manipulate/gaslight him and lying to him abt everyones intentions like if i were a kid and all my pain and torture was blamed bec of someone i would probably not like them... ig it just goes to show that the ml's nature doesnt have ill intent and hes a good person not judging someone based on what others say abt them... rlly mature for a kid though im ngl
