Where is this opinionated at all, the author romanticising the rape doesn't mean they didnt make it clear it wasn't rape. They just severly minimised it, Ah-In blackmailed or uhhh rather threatened is the right word? Well he threatened the mc about something to do with Jong-Oh and mc was raped raw + orally. Dont really know why you highlighted this is fiction, that covers masses of genres and its not really anything notable considering how much fiction influences rape culture (unrelated).
