I'm finding this manga about a relationship between two brothers or step brothers? It's about a younger brother who's like obsessed with his older brother and do some stuff to him, manipulating etc. And a friend of the older brother(?)Decided to tell the older brother about him that it's not normal that his younger brother was doing and some stuff, but the thing is the older brother was actually aware of what he's doing (younger brother) and like it.
