He sees what the father has done and plays ignorant. To me, he is no better.

so it's better treat your brother like trash and throw away the only person who actually care for you...wouldn't be better unite against the abusive father?

If he cares, why not confront the father about how his sister is treated? Why not let her know that he knows what she is going through and will be there for her? Sometimes if you go through abuse and see someone being treated like a human being will make you feel some type of way.

you completely forget that he’s still a child. A REAL child compare to the FL. It’s impossible for a child to confront you father for the abuse that his lil sis went through (even more if your father is the emperor). He can’t do nothing cause the more he hears the name of the FL the more the emperor gets mad (for example the idea that FL had and her brother tried to help but emperor went crazyyy). Only thing that he can do is grow ASAP and become emperor, help FL,… Aslong as he’s young, the only thing that he can do is love her. Till she opens up a little bit.
