Any spoilers on why he wants to kill the FL ?

he’s a cold hearted murderer. he was caught by her in chap 1 killing someone so he called his boss ig? to see if he was allowed to kill her. it’s like i like to say, it isn’t illegal unless you get caught…. and so he got caught. it’s better to wipe away the evidence of your crime even if that’s a living person.
