pretty much. except in this case, i think nao is genuinely just a good friend of ritsu's and isn't romantically interested in him.
Not that we know of. Takano was hinting that Nao may be in love with him. Or maybe he was just being insecure...again.
Is it just me or is Nao Yokozawa2.0? It's the exact same narrative device just role-swapped.
