So I think I kinda understand. So the MC has divine powers. That’s why she cut herself to see if she would heal. Which I think happened but I’m not sure. The Duchess saw and was upset thinking someone was abusing her. That’s when the MC explained her powers. The Duchess and LI understand how dangerous this could be and how people will try to use her. Like how her mother “changed”. The spirt thing told her that her powers were locked away by dark magic. So now she’s wondering why and who did it. Plus she no longer needs to hide or feel pressured by her mother.
