Is the author unwell ?? How do you know ? Wasn't the hiatus a well deserved break ? I am not sure but it seems the english translator on Lenzhin took a break , and hence the hiatus on the english Lenzhin but not on the Korean Lehzin ? Anyway sure the health is such a precious thing. We must brace ourselves hiatus do happen and give also the occasion to write fanfiction :-) and make tiktoks or playlists dedicated to the characters :-)
