i’m looking in the server right now and it seems to be a non staff member who’s been talking about indians in a sort of racist way… i’ll look into it. (i’m not a mod but a staff member)
if anything like this happens again, please bring this up by dming the owner/mods instead of commenting here. thank you :)
at least for me and my standards, just because someone is close to me doesn’t mean i would condone disgusting behavior like that- i’m close with the owner as well and will notify her on what’s going on! i’m sorry for the lack of communication
coming back to reply with an update! we’re getting rid of the racist user as we speak and we made an announcement apologizing for their behavior. i’m really sorry again that their behavior was overlooked (none of us saw their messages until we looked deeper, and that’s on us). you’re free to join the server again if you’d like!! we want to make sure we create a safe and caring environment for our readers (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I would like to sincerely apologize. This issue has been resolved. The member who made racist comments has received a serious warning and a handful of words from me. We are committed to ensuring that such incidents do not happen again in the future.
ur right! i just dont use discord much and i just hear abt it is how weird mods are with punishing ppl and making exceptions. since she explicitly said it felt nice to be a co admins besties(something like that); the same ppl i was told to report to, i felt extremely iffy abt that. esp since she really really liked chev but i now I think thats the way every1 talks there ˃ᴗ˂
when someone was talking to them explicity abt how they dont trust indians, they just went "thats crazy " and continued talking. so it seemed to me that the ppl in server were also iffy... which

of course! we take issues like that extremely seriously. the owner and the rest of our staff do not tolerate that kind of behavior at all… though i know you saw a non-staff member react in a bit of a questionable way to the remarks made. i’ll just say it wasn’t their responsibility to deal with the racist person and their behavior. it’s up to the admin and the owner, and they all do not tolerate any kind of racist behavior. the main thing we messed up on was not catching the behavior immediately, but i know chev and the others will be keeping an eye out from now on. thank you for the notification and understanding our situation!! ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
im so confused but anyways theres this racist perosn in the disc server who hates indian ppl. just be wary if u r indian and going in cuz they will say racist shit to ur face (they said some stuff to a cleaner/redrawer whos super sweet). i dont wanna report them cuz theyre close to the owner so it wouldnt matter. also whenever they openly talk abit it ppl just dont care.
ik this doesnt reflect on the whole team but this person is openly racist and theyre close with the owner. the team is otherwise AMAZING like actually (⌒▽⌒)
