For this manga, it only happened cus the uke had a mutation occur as soon as he met the seme. So he took no pills to control pheromones/hormones and has no choker. What can either one do when it was so random.

The way some of these omegaverse manga are written I gotta wonder what on earth happens if "fated mates" meet eachother in a public place in their universe, good grief. Do they just start boning down in front of a crowd of people?!
