Why I'm saying there is a high chance is because the manga is based on parallel world so I'm not sure if the Sen and Amatatsu from this manga is from the same world as the manga I mention just now but in my mind, they are from the same world. The amatatsu and sen in this world are not the same as the amatatsu and sen in chapter 1 of banging my rival because if you look at there picture in chapter 11(zombie hide sex) its different compared the ones in the chapter 2 of banging my rival so basically zombie hide sex is part multiverse love story of amatatsu and sen which means there are 3 universe

Universe 1 where they become lover but just late( banging my rival)
Universe 2 they are already lovers(banging my rival)
Universe 3 they are adults scientists(zombie hide sex)

I think is like a Yaoiverse so it’s the same world and different universe lol cause there’s one chapter on “Banging my rival from a parallel world” where Amatatsu from the second world (the world where they were already a couple) travelled to a world where he was the Amatatsu from this world, I love this (⌒▽⌒)
