That's what I am saying! Literally this whole vibe seems so off like it tries to go in the right direction but always ends up on the wrong side-
I 100% agree with you. But i like this story because this is like what actually happens not the money or stuff but people being the worst couples ever trapped by a baby.
An issue here is that the title was supposed to be a juxtaposition from the manhwa (considering this is supposed to be romance) but it ended up describing exactly what the story is. Change the title from ' Love Is An Illusion' to 'Love Is A Delusion' and it matches the main couple perfectly. Dojin is so extremely delusional and Hyesung has been gaslit into thinking the marriage hes in isnt abusive and rapey. Unless this author is gonna do the uno reverse of the century this is just so poorly written that it feels like a presentation of peoples' shitty lives through rose-tinted glasses.
I was going to make a comment on how these children going to have some shitty trauma growing up cuz they are the reason their parents are trapped but i refrained since i dont really know much abt this universe
And the main couple are so fucked up together
the side couples are more well-written. Hyesung seems as if only physically attracted to Dojin.

In the most non-offensive way possible, the story writing in this manhwa isnt very good. How is it possible to make the main couple so unlikable, they are literally a match made in hell. It looks so obvious to me that Hye-sung is very uncomfortable around Dojin and Dojin is unable to respect boundries. No means no, the bathroom scene was really gross. The best part of this story was the side couples and byul, babies are the best.
