I can't even feel bad about the mc since he can't get over his trauma nor does he try to overcome it (I know its hard but him just giving in to jace again just makes him pitiful)
what he needs to do is get himself together and help his brother who's burdened with responsibilities with him (The brother definitely loves him but seems like with all the abuse the brother took in for him and now the responsibilities for taking care of him, he's starting to resent him)
