to be fair the art WAS a little funky in the first few chapters, but you can tell the artist has really gotten things on lock and seems to be flourishing. I love the art styles it's really refreshing and beautiful
that’s your opinion. i checked and you’re right in using the word “little”, because i can only tell that the lining wasn’t as sharp/filled. the art still looked beautiful to me

I'm not great with tones. as for my definition, have you ever heard the term "funkyfresh"? it might be a saying that is unique to my dialect of English. funky is usually related to style (like clothes), meaning something along the lines of "weird in an interesting/new way" which is why I used "refreshing" as a descriptor afterwords :>

tbh this artstyle is amazing z the others are beautiful also but very unrealistic with the huge glittery eyes etc etc. maybe people found this off putting because it’s soft and more realistic? idk but i love it
