How to upload

I have a translated version of the last chapter of Tomino no Jigoku by Maruo Suehiro the 4th book it's not on this site but I was wondering if there's a way to upload it or send it to the site creators. I know there are a bunch of people who want the last book so I thought I would try and help.

hey i don't know if this would help but you can find a "upload chapter" option near the chapter list (=・ω・=)
