To answer Q2: There's a big chance that Heesung at least has an idea about the current situation giving the fact that he heard Jaekyung. ("And turn your alarm off faster in the mornings. I can hear it in my room" --Jaekyung). Given the fact that Heesung was already given enough proof that they live together because of what Jaekyung said, he probably has an idea about their 'relationship'
The answer to Q2 for Tora was No.
You see Ashyy asked and Tora countered with that question on Aug 14.
Chapter 31 came out Aug 23. Heesung had no idea they lived together or were together until hearing about the alarm. See his thought bubbles.
Now we can ask Ashyy question again, given how chapter 31 ended.

I finished reading the latest chapter and I think its safe to say the only thing we can find actually canon is Heesung knowing both Jaekyung and Kim Dan live together ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Thats actually what I meant. Sorry if what I said was confusing but yeah I pretty much said that Heesung most likely knows they live together after Jaekyung commenting about Kim Dan's alarm clock. And of course the next chapter confirmed it. Anyways sorry again for the confusion (●'◡'●)ﾉ
