It didnt translate well, she was basically shoving off his feelings saying hes misinterpreting his affection for her as the same a son would have for a mom, his line roughly translates to "so everyone fantasizes about their mom?/everyone is fantasizing abt their mom, huh(?)" Its a rhetorical question cause obviously no one is thinking sexually abt their mom and shes obviously not his mother
