First of all! I absolutely, certainly didn't expect such chapter.. We could see in this chapter that Mavis and Zeref are affected and that Rahkeid is the son of Zeref. There's a possibility that Mavis and Zeref did the do (either with each other or with other people) well I came into a conclusion:
1st - if Mavis and Zeref indeed did the do and Mavis got preggy and all Zeref might and maybe got their child and raised him or something (?)
2nd - and or Rahkeid.. Knowing Zeref, maybe he "made" him (his so called son) just like what he did when his little brother, Natsu, died..

Maybe Erza and Eileen.. Let's say.. They are a single person but then because shit happens (maybe when they were still a child and we all know that "Zeref" possessed Jellal and all) because of that Erza, her soul or she herself(?) got split into two and gave a life to the one we now know, Eileen or something like that....
