In reality I can't imagine the bed sores, muscle atrophy, learning to swallow food again etc that MC has to endure if its real life. Even being in coma for 3 months, you need to do an extensive physiotherapy afterwards,as the muscles can easily become useless if it rarely being used...buut I guess its hard to start a story of a physical relationship between the boss and his subordinate in a wheelchair.
But seriously 5 years in coma would you even look that heakthy and even a head surgery. But i love everything anyway
