Sunwon*
If I have to guess, Sunwon is becoming more meek because the reality of his situation is starting to set in. At first, he only saw Albis, Vercion, and the rest of Arboria as a means to get pleasure since he was essentially an outsider. This behavior of distancing himself from people and seeing them as “tools,” for lack of a better term, was also present in the beginning as well
Now, he’s forced to be close with the people of Arboria. In the modern world, he didn’t have to depend on anyone except himself, but here, his entire livelihood depends on pleasing the people, which entails getting to know them. As a result, they’re humanized in his perspective, and he’s more reluctant to take advantage of them and prone to let his guard down. (This is why his attachment to Albis is so crucial. The old Sunwon only ever saw him as a flesh dildo with a nice face, but our current Sunwon sees him as a person with thoughts and aspirations.)
Not to mention, Sunwon most likely isn’t promiscuous by nature. If anything, it’s a trauma response from when he was raped.
Although, I think the “old Sunwon” is still there. When he first met the ambassador, whose name I already forgotten, he valued his capability as a top over his identity, if that makes sense.
Generally, the current Sunwon is only promiscuous when he needs to cope (such as when Vercion took advantage of him) or when he meets a stranger.
This is just my take though. I may just be a Sunwon defender ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
This manhwa started off really well initially, but now I’m seriously confused ! Sunwoo is becoming so meek with each passing day, Vercion scares the shit out of me by being so damn abusive ! And I’m so sad to see so less of Albis nowadays ! I was really hoping for SunwooXAlbis but lord knows who’s gonna end up with whom now that I see more of Vercion. Also man I’m tired of seeing so much s*x in almost every chapter
