I mean, there's possibilities.
1.Anna might be only drinking their blood and left afterwards.
2. He did slept with blood donors after he drinks their blood
It was not confirm in the manga (At least from what I read, idk if I missed anything)
Oh, ok that clears things up. I wanna give him the benefit of the doubt but I think it would make more sense if he did sleep with his blood donors. Cause he didn’t reject the idea but he doesn’t say if he did either which in of itself is a clue that he did, at least that’s what I think. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
From what I have read it was not really clearly stated whether he did sleep with others before uke, but his past shows that he drinks blood from a cup as a child so it is possible that he only drinks blood and doesn't sleep with his donors.
So I know they might have already answered this but did Anna sleep with the blood doners cause that’s what I thought he did but then people are saying he didn’t so I’m confused!? (〜￣△￣)〜 can someone tell me!!?
