i think your right. so much of that was piling in his mind, it got to him. but i think the main problem was that he thought mg didn't love him as much as he did. he probably thought like you said, that mg would grow tired of him and give up on the relationship. yohan never felt reassured by MGs love for him, thus he started paying attention to his own "flaws". if you see, once yohan was reassured that mg loved him back, he started thinking positively and got happy even calling it the best trip he's ever had. so i think that was the main issue in the few last chapters.
I think your right. During my first read I was confused and passed it on as just sad that Yohan won’t be able to go to collage with MG. But during my second read, I could tell that their was more than just that. And it was only just during my Third time reread that I kind of figured it out. To my understanding, in the last 4 chapters the conflict is that Yohan is scared and anxious of the future with Hyung like where there relationship will go, if he can get into university near Hyung, that he loves Hyung too much, or that Hyung might eventually get tired of him. Can someone correct me or tell me I’m right cause this is my third time reading this and I’m just now coming to an understanding of the ending conflict and resolution. (づ￣ ³￣)づ
