So him having Yeonwoo is seen as normal, it won't be looked down on until everyone learns that Kim Shin only plans to have Yeonwoo. So as of now he's still the perfect in power can do whatever he wants awakened alpha that they want to destroy.
If i'm not mistaken, yeonwoo could get pregnant IF they had sx during heat and rut especially Shin is a dominant alpha.
