Guys he's not in the healthiest mindset right now and doesn't want to accept love or affection or even anything that gives him pleasure or good feelings. Jay is forceful with him because yoohan doesn't think he deserves to feel good anymore because of his guilt and jay knows this. He doesn't fuck him until yoohan actually asks for it himself(and we're actually getting close to that).

I replied to the comment under you too but I will say again, he doesn't want it because he's so filled with guilt that he thinks he doesn't deserve anything that makes him feel good. And SPOILERS: jay actually does ask him if he wants to later but yoohan starts spiralling out of control again and says no and jay stops and doesn't do anything. Their first time wont be like your basic smut in any other bl manhwa. It was actually so emotional that I couldn't register that as a smut scene but an emotional vulnerability and a cry for help(literally) but there's actually 3 chapters of smut one after another and the ones after the emotional ones are pretty smutty and yoohan does become more confident and open later and ask for it himself in different occasions.
