my guess would either be Cinderella or 9
Right now I am going on the theory that One or Shell are going to investigate the mutilated bodies found in the slums and find out that one or both of the above mentioned were brutally murdered then all heck is gonna break loose
I suspect Cinderella spilled everything he knows under torture and was reassembled to be used as new product.
