I’m CRYYYING over this comment but as other replies said it’s cauliflower ears this is actually an insane detail from the artist because it comes off as way more realistic since he’s a pro MMA fighter his ears are extremely vulnerable to trauma from headshots and because of all the damage they’ve received, blood clots and lumps form on the ears due to lack of blood flow! I actually didn’t even notice the cauliflower ears until you pointed it out I never paid much attention HAHA
