Gonna camp here for an explanation
I'm confused too, but from what I can infer from the comments the author of the manhwa knew this site and commented to take down her work here, which caused a lot of drama? Then the devs removed the comment section and some of the reported ones has no chapters so that they won't have to incur the shutdown of the site...? I think?
