They are called a returnee, idk any manhwas with a mc like that but in omniscient reader viewpoint there is a character like that at some point. Basically they get isekaied in a fantasy world and then they come back to the real world (if I’m not wrong)

I cant quite understand the eldest brother's situation. the 2nd brother is easy as its just regression and its so common in other stories. are there any manhwas that has the same premise as the eldest?
