No I have never thought "why didn't he defend himself? hes a boy so hes stronger!!!" :)) because I've been through it and physical strength wont do shit to help you :)))) The sheer fear and shock of it won't let you do shit. My ex was half my size, I could fold her in half with ease, but it took me so long to even process what was happening to me, I was completely paralysed, it was like all my strength has left me. I was shaking so bad I couldn't even get a hold of her. The MC here was a CHILD, there's no way he'd even have enough strength to hold off an ADULT, all that besides the fact that even if he did, he most likely wouldn't be able to fight back. It's unsettling the mc quickly fall in love with the cafe owner's. I mean, you still traumatized with women but you still want to find love. Doesn't this make your partner suffered if a something triggered mc past.
