Mostly "used to". After the trial with the Prince cemented the first step to not see her "romantically". Altho baby step. He still has lingering feelings but we can see even up to now that he has made no effort to romantically court her. His main goal now is to support Shuli and protect her after she learnt what she when throught and after she saved him. This we can assume his love for her is not "strongly romance" but more family/friend/equal/respect.
The Jeremy of Shuli's original time (before she regressed back and time travel) is another story. In novel it's strongly implied and said he loved Shuli romantically. I remember reading he found her pretty when he recalled the time they were still young. So he has dilemma of respecting her wish to act as her son thus he repressed strongly his feelings. He accepted the marriage Ohara(blonde girl) to make Shuli happy too so she can live her life as a normal girl not burdened/forced to play the mom and protect them.

Forgot to add that the scene after the trial where' he made an oath / vow to protect her and be her knight (I don't remember the words...), and Shuli bonding with his siblings and being seen by them as their mother is what changed the course of his romantic feelings towards her. It is stated in novel he developed romantic feelings for her when they were young. But didn't act because she was his stepmom and cause her trouble with a scandal.. There were very distant too so he and his siblings never initiative any conversations with her or open up to her. Shuli too in the first timeline kept her distance with the kids (they cared ofc but where to stubborn )
Him being save by Shuli, his siblings no longer hiding their feelings and seeing her as their mom, knowing what Shuli went through, Shuli falling for Nora, Nora being his most trusted, scandal he would spark of he pursue her and awkwardness considering his brothers see her as their mother, weakened and changed the romantic feelings he had for her.

No problem! You can find translation of the novel online. Altho it's not finished it's ahead than the webtoon. Some flashback and facts about Shuli and her kids prior time travel k are scattered around chapters and some didn't appear in the webtoon. So if you're curious I recc checking them out.
