A few weeks ago I wrote something along the lines "I'm getting bored of Horus. I need at least his face reveal to not loose interest" next chapter we got a Horus face reveal. (In the raws) then I made I a comment a few days ago saying something like "if Seth were to make a move I would be surprised since I don't find their relationship reciprocal" BAM Seth just kissed Horus in the Korean raws.
