I don't think any of us know for sure. There have been scenes alluding to one of the Owens becoming pregnant, but no one is sure how It may be a seahorse situation... But Nux often comments that they don't understand how 'it'- meaning reproduction, works.

I believe yellow tie (and smaller) owen feels like he's ovulating, but it looked like the story was implying that slightly larger Owen (the "head") got pregnant from their last copulation?? definitely would be interesting to learn if one of these owens really can bust out a baby.

After reading the raws, I don't think the Owens will be pregnant.... Unless it really is a seahorse thing, but Nux do be lactating an awful lot in ch 37
