Isn't it he that kind of person, it's part of his personality. And kirara accept it he didn't even ask to seme to change. And kirara fell in love with him even though seme is not perfect.
Kirara does complain about him being an ass tho and like using your logic those that have abusive lovers have also accepted the abuse(not saying that ken is abusive)
and the personality in question is... being a dick? cooking wouldn't and SHOULDN'T be enough as compensation for him not being nice

Uhm humiliation itself is bad there's no "good way " humiliation. Unless kirara is an masochist and enjoys it but he clearly doesn't because he actually tells ken to be nicer. Kirara have made all the efforts for them to get together the least ken could do is get hus act together and pamper kirara without the insults and humiliation.
İ like this manga s overall vibe but i wish we had more of ken's pov or at least more moments when he doesn't act like an ass, because most of the effort in their relationship is currently done by kirara who gets humiliated and treated like an idiot by ken every 30 seconds. And honnestly kirara being as sweet as he is, i think that ken should be way less harsher towards him even when he acts dumb
Like without their personal pov a tsundere just feels like an asshole. This is as if we hsd toradora but without all the moments that explored taiga s feelings and why she act the way she do
