Whoa!

Such a gap between the past Rogi and the present Rogi, makes this so much more interesting! I do like long unrequited love being mutual in stories though, so a part of me is really hoping he'd still end up Akitora, and not Hachi....

His son getting raped wasn't even enough of an incentive to make him see Rogi. If that's the case, I doubt they'll end up together. It's for the best, imo. Their relationship is toxic.

Oh, I agree, it would be even worse for Akitora to even want Rogi after what he did to his son, It's just that tiny part of me that wishes for a HEA for those two. I'm such a sucker

    Ah... love is madness.

How sad it is that I want them to be together in the end.

I must say it again! He wasn't raped! He fucking LIKE it! I tried to change my mind during the past months, waiting for this new chapter to come out BUT, as I see them all together teaming for Rogi's girl, I must repeat myself: the guy only wants a huge dick up his ass. And his lover, who proudly saved him, after he thought about it a little, jumped to the right conclusion: he had a right to do the same thing to him, too (check past chapters) . Now, after a few years, they go together so well that the only logical conclusion is that we'll soon see an old-style gay fucking party! Maybe Akitora-san, when he thought about his past lover meeting his son, understood he raised up a total bitch and, being his only son, decided to ignore the situation in order to not be forced to acknowledge his son lives for one reason only: dicks up his ass. Two, if possible. Try to understand the old man! That's not the ideal heir to a yakuza family!!!

*bangs head against wall repeatedly* I have not read this series, but I DID read the prequel. "He liked it" (which in itself was debatable; the only way he was able to not hate it was by pretending Rogi was someone else which says a whole damn lot) is not a valid excuse, and it does not make it consensual. I think you're really oversimplifying and basically shitting on Tatsuyuki's character by summing him up as someone who simply wants to be fucked. Your body reacts to sex. Just because you respond does not mean you like it and doesn't make it not rape. I get some people like rape in manga, and I'll accept that, but I can't accept anyone denying that what Rogi did was rape. I know
Tatsuyuki forgave Rogi, so good on him, but it doesn't make it any better. Tatsuyuki had an emotional breakdown. He cried and tried to get revenge on Rogi by attempting to kill him. Yet you're telling me he enjoyed being bound and gagged and fucked by a guy, all the while forcing himself to pretend it was his lover in order for it to be bearable? No. Nuh uh. I don't think so.
As someone who works in childcare: No decent parent would let their child get raped. No good parent would say, "Well, my kid is horny and kind of an asshole, so I'll just let him/her get raped." No one with that way of thinking has the right to even call themselves a parent.

This is an imaginary world. The fact that you took a comment like mine seriously speaks for itself. I must admit that sometimes, seeing how naive some people are, really makes me sad. But not this time. This is too ridiculously funny.

I'm no sure if you were being sarcastic or not. If you were, you should have used emojis. Brief, non descriptive text alone does not portray intention.

I took it seriously because I write stories. This is something a person worked hard on, so I'm going to take the time to analyze and appreciate it. Discourse is something good, and just because it's an "imaginary world" doesn't mean real life logic and analysis should not be applied. If someone rapes a person in a movie, the fact that it was a movie doesn't mean it wasn't rape in the story.

Also, you're kind of a douchebag.

I have decided to reply to you again after I read another manga, where everyone is in love with a bad guy because the mangaka knows how to turn people around, essentially. That's why I answer after a few days.
    Two preliminary things:

Do you want to talk seriously? Then you should be polite first. Not calling others names, for instance.

Second: yes. I was being sarcastic. But if you need emoji and then you say you want to be a writer.... you still have have a long road in front of you.

Can you understand what you read? There are serious manga about crime and violence. This one is not one of them. Yes, it's also about heavy themes, but with a LOT of irony from the author. If you miss it, it is you who lack something. Not others who are douchebag and so you're automatically entitled to be unpolite.

Anyway your main argument is weak. Yes, it occurs that someone reacts to being raped but it is extremely rare. But it always happen in manga? ...

Have you ever heard of Ockham's Razor? ... The real answer is the simple one.
In this funny manga, we clearly see they become close friends. If you think you can become friends with someone who raped you for a week...

That's enough. Learn the difference between "I like to write" and "I can proclaim myself a writer". If you don't want to be treated like this, learn the value of words. If you call someone douchebag et similia, sweetie, you're giving them permission to threat you badly.

Writers are not those who have gone to school and know how to spell. First at all you have to understand what you read and you seem like you don't at all. Spare me with your ego. What do you usually read? Twilight? Try some good classic them we can talk again if you'll still find time to waste with me.

See? You got what you named. That's the so-called "power of the pen".

To me, someone saying they are writers then they use rudeness as an argument is totally out of reality.

    1) I was rude because you were rude first and blatantly insulted me. I apologize nonetheless.

    2) I read classics.

    3) My main argument was that it's rape, not that it's realistic.

    LessThanThree November 17, 2016 3:21 pm

But seriously, I sincerely apologize. I got mad and responded inappropriately and it was childish. Sometimes it's hard to remember that you're talking to a person on the other end of the screen.
