"He liked it" (which in itself was debatable; the only way he was able to not hate it was by pretending Rogi was someone else which says a whole damn lot) is not a valid excuse, and it does not make it consensual. Tatsuyuki forgave Rogi, so good on him, but it doesn't make it any better. Tatsuyuki had an emotional breakdown. He cried and tried to get revenge on Rogi by attempting to kill him. Can you understand what you read? There are serious manga about crime and violence. This one is not one of them. Yes, it's also about heavy themes, but with a LOT of irony from the author.
