The MC purposely drank a lot of alcohol to get alcohol poisoning and leave the party, he didn't know his drinks were spiked. He just thought he was super drunk. Also, drugs are a BIG deal in Korea (like I'm talking even a lot of prescription drugs that are used to treat depression and ADHD in other countries are considered illegal substances there), so they would be risking a lot having drugs on the premises. Korea's drug policies are also one of the strictest in the world with it being illegal for citizens to consume/use drugs when they are abroad as well.
