Searching for the title

So, once upon a time read a manhwa set in a collage. Mc had actual personality, and basically the mL is his hoobae. So a senior from the club is acting like a dick or sth, and while mc does not participate actively he's ambivalent and so the freshmen think that he's part of it. Also ml might have taken part in shaping that opinion since, as far as i remember he had an unfortunate encounter with mc before. Later this is solved but ml thinks that mc is actively trying to flirt with him, while he just tries to solve the situation somehow. Also at that point they pretty much hate each other. Can't find it but i remember that it was well paced, mc had light coloured hair. Also many of the mc/ml encounters up to this point were overshadowed my just mc complaining to his friends about this (well he was complaicent in regards to bullying and tried to smooth things over but by ignoring the situation). Does anybody remember this one?
