Well as for someone who craves for love and affection,Miki is desperate. He needs to be in a new environment and neighborhood to change that attitude. Just imagine from childhood to adulthood Miki had to endure, no one took his side. And for the first time in his life takagi showed the love he longed for.
You got a point though and Miki needs to unwind. He just needs to meet wholesome people like Shimazaki or better than him. Just imagine from your childhood and soon to be adulthood you felt the inferiority, no one to open up to, piling or the heavy feelings inside you, so i could emphatize with Miki. And as for the teacher and twin brother needs to go to mental hospital.
Your right, his childhood is really fucked up. Imagine all your life, you've been treated as a lesser version of your sibling, by your own parents at that. And you are expected to put up with it just because your are the older sibling as they say your suppose to be the understanding one. Im an older sibling myself. I understand that feeling pretty well.
My problem with the mc is that after knowing that the seme was just dating him because mc looks like his twin brother, the reason for his inferiority complex. After a little bit of coaxing he accepted him. I mean make him suffer at least!!. And the seme is really shameless and it irritates me so much
