Nah, Harada is known for making fucked up plots, so I was referring them because this plot is less fucked up but similar.
A lot of readers, especially in the West, criticized Harada for their story-writing and plot devices. But honestly I feel like it's mostly people who can't separate fiction from reality, and then go onto Twitter or TikTok to attack the author as someone who supports all the horrible things that they write about. That's what I mean by white knights, people who do all sorts of moralizing where it isn't needed.
