I've seen the spoilers on tumblr a few days ago but to be honest, I still can't get myself to not feel anything but sadness when I read it.
I'm still holding on to the hope and theory that Hiyori will be a one of a kind shinki. Managing to cut the koto no ha and overall just her disposition of beating the odds as a wandering human on the far shore.
It's heart breaking but we should never lose hope.
