In story reason: the seme probably thinks it could ruin his game and the hypnosis will break.
He actually does in the short version of this. Look in other author’s work and it should be there ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

I'm just wondering why doesn't the seme embarrasse him by stopping the playtime(Hypnosis)when they do hanky panky!! It'd thrilling to see his reactions!! And how'd he learn hypnosis or whatever spell it is from?? I'm interested in the plot but these few chapters are only about hanky panky i guess!!! The plot of the short was kinda new and interesting!!
