Right? makes me hope most folks on MG who post this kinda stuff NEVER encounter a mentally ill or traumatized person that needs help. They'd literally drive or doom them to unalive. Just sad.

I honestly never understood people using the excuse of it being about a fictional character. It's something you can use for fetishes, kinks or such scenarios (since that is how some sexual fanatsies work; making up the scenario instead of it being real - because only THEN is it not creepy).
If he was a regular jackass, sure, I can see it happen if he was really bad, by personality instead of trauma or such. But with people who are just mentally unwell because life is shit for them? That's honestly just weird imo.
Annoying as his behavior may be, it's still only rooted in him needing help ultimately and wanting to hold onto that ONE person he knew as a friend/family. Nobody in his situation would behave differently tbh.
I have seen people act like this many times, tho it's usually with characters that have the reason for their actions not boldly thrown at the reader. And this author VERY much threw it into our faces, with an encyclopedia attached to it. XD
I can only hope this is the usual 'internet act' people put on display. I hope they are not like this irl.

Why is everyone so mean? I don't like like gren but he really deserves another shot in life It really broke my heart when shin's promise can no longer be fulfilled but I'm really hoping that someday they will be together as brothers again
