That was earlier in the chapter. I remember his eyes being black when he was in the bank when the vampires attacked. Then when Nine was thrown off the tower, we see his eyes as blue...maybe it's just me? ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Maybe his 'vampire side' awakened and changed his eyes to blue? IDK. Somebody help me. （/TДT)/
I cannot say which was the chapter but I clearly remember him hiding contact lenses under the wooden floor of his house in the human far... to protect himself, I'm sure he has been wearing them since a child
