Ok so the real managers eyes are normal why the phantom who was always at giyoon the thing that has a foul smell and long hair has a golden eyes! (I don't know about the other) it seems like the phantom and the manager are somehow connected because the manager "dream" about the MC getting f*ckd but the thing is that it happened but the phantom was the one doing that.. So far that's the one im getting for now
