Yes - it's just assumed, but honestly would you try to leave if you are that uncertain? Also there are some stories where the FL tries to die but respawns or is immortal. The last case we have the recantation of people who are actually in that "Book" to fix their own Ending, they just happened to remember the "Past Life" and would change their life cause Real Life in that case isn't their Life.

Why somone who woke up in a better life in a more beautiful body and rich would wanna be back in her old world and be mediocre and work multiple jobs again

This, most end up reincarnating as princesses or duchesses or some high nobility. If you were reborn into a billionaire's family and forced to play nice with some douche, you'd still have majority of your time to do whatever you wanted with a stupidly large bank account while doing maybe a hundredth of the work you'd need to IRL.

Also, not really guaranteed you'll go back to your old life unscathed, maybe you'll transmigrate into a shittier situation, permadeath or wake up in a mangled/paralysed body.
