that wouldnt make any sense lmao why would he want to take revenge from the start if he just went after him because he liked him. its just his romantic feelings for the ML that grew stronger than the guilt for Jennies death.
besides he already told him in a previous chapter and we even saw inseob thinking that its not the only reason.
He really said that jennie is on point that he likes Philip. It's just his guilt about jennie's death that push him to have revenge but he really didn't want to. What I'm pointing out is that his clinging on to that guilt but he also just in denial about liking him because he doesn't want to disappoint jennie which I really find pointless because he knew for a fact that philip is not the one behind what happened.
