I get what you mean! I’m enjoying the story, but it feels like it’s missing a bit of heart. Other BL webtoons have memorable characters that feel more ‘full’ - whereas this one feels so rigid, and it feels like these characters are following the typical BL ‘script’. Ie. ML is rich and powerful, and helps out poor wil mc , oh yea and then make them randomly fuck too, to keep the fans happy.
I can’t help but compare it to some of my favourites - like fools, never understand, grandmaster of demonic cultivation. To varying degrees of fiction, but they all feel more human.
This webtoon is just not scratching the itch… (=・ω・=)

- I kinda agree with your thoughts on this, it is somehow feels empty though but I am truly invested with how the story flows and now season 2 comes. I can't help but to look forward as how much author showers the story.
I love this, there are times when it feels like it's so empty...? but not in a bad way. Understanding your partner's feelings is important so I'm glad they didn't skip this step like how usual bl manhwa do lol
