That's also what I thought. Maybe I've read way too much toxic manhuas where seme does so many shitty things to uke and uke just suddenly realise they love him and immediately forgives. Shinjae messed up but it's not exactly something unforgivable. Tbh if I was Hanbin, I'd probably be upset for a bit but it won't be a big deal(I'd actually be happy that they're the same person and laugh about the efforts Shinjae did just to keep up with his lies, but everyone's different) but anyway, he does deserve a bit of karma for that but it's not irredeemable. He's also head over heels for Hanbin so he probably learned his lesson.
Is it bad, that while I think what Shinjae did is terrible and he deserves to be called out for it --- but in terms of fictional content, on a scale of 1 to 10, his crime is like a 3... (a 7 being making a bet for money, and a 10 being physical harm). Like he's trash but not irredeemable trash? He's genuinely is in love with Hanbin, so I hope he can redeem himself slowly??? Or am I just desensitized now
