I read the spoilers a long time ago when this one first started, I don't remember much but from what I remember she goes back to her own world and Anakin also eventually gets there. I think it's a happy ending. You could check for complete spoilers for this one and any other on Novel Updates, just copy the name of the work and put the word spoilers afterwards (could be in a Google search) that the forum and the specific topic should show up. Sorry for not knowing much, hope it helped a little.
